Customer Review: It does work with 512 MB memory cards
The product works with 512 MB memory cards, and it works with Vista. You have to download an update already mentioned in a previous review from the maker’s web site. It saves the complete image of a memory card and restores it the same way. I’m only interested in making copies of my own saves because some day that 360 hard drive is going to fail. It works just fine for that purpose, but they should have included the necessary software with it.

It’s a memory unit so you can store game saves, your Xbox Live Account information, and any content downloaded through Xbox Live that’s “locked” to a particular account. That’s all it does. You can’t connect this memory card to your computer to use it as an extra storage option either, such as moving music and photos from the computer to view through the Xbox 360. It only connects to the Xbox 360, period.

Customer Review: MY BF ENJOYED IT
Hi, I purchased this gold card for my bf’s xbox elite gaming system and he was very pleased that he was able to go right from the box to getting online and playing. My one complaint is that if you have a goldcard and you buy the elite which comes with a 30 day free membership also, you should use the free memebership first. Which isnt a problem but they should tell you. Its just a hassle once you have created your profile, you have to redo the process. Thats my only complaint. He had no problems using the card and is very pleased with the service.

Xbox LIVE is by far the best online gaming service available. The interface is smooth, and hooking up with friends to play is a breeze. My only real complaint is the number of 13 year old without a filter.

Customer Review: cracked in 2 months
I bought these to use with my xbox 360 and loved them at first. Then I noticed that one side was cracking (thinner plastic part on side) and when I put them on, the part that was screwed together (see the pictue to see the screws) pulled apart and I couldn’t wear them. I checked the other side and it was cracking in the same exact spot. I went to their website and checked out their warranty and was surprised that the “warranty” doesn’t seem to cover anything at all. They lasted about 2 months. What a disappointment.

I was looking for a headset for night time gaming on Xbox live, and this seems to be the recommended model. The wire clutter was expected, but mind you, it has three cables (mic, sound, and USB for power) that are each 10 feet or so, so it could get a little crazy.

I bought this bundle as a video game deal-of-the-day recently. I already had a white wireless controller and play & charge kit and I definitely enjoyed the freedom of wireless controllers. These kits are great because you don’t have to keep buying new batteries or swapping rechargeable ones. I just play, and when I’m done I just plug them into my PC USB ports to charge, so I don’t have to leave my 360 on. (These charge kits DO NOT WORK as PC controllers — only for charging. Silly, eh?)
